If you entered an email address, an appointment confirmation and reminder will be e-mailed to you.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment please go back into the site and follow prompts to cancel your appointment. You must have your confirmation number to cancel or change your appointment. This can be found in the email sent to you after registering. If you do not have this, please call 755-4308 for assistance.
Please click on the date that you would like to register for. If you cannot click on a date it is either because all time slots are filled for that date or there are no offerings available.
